Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the item within 7 days of receipt.
- 2.Approval & Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
- 3.Quality Inspection
Our team will inspect the returned garment to ensure it is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.
- 4.Resolution
Upon successful inspection, we will issue a store credit or dispatch the replacement item to your address.
